Is online shopping at Dacour safe?
Customer information is of prime importance to us and we are always on a constant lookout to make our processes even more secure. Dacour uses latest encryption systems for processing sensitive information, including your name, address and card details.

Where are your products from?
Dacour usually design/self-manufacture/buy the apparels. We do source them internationally from our own network of suppliers.
How do i get informed of the latest products you have?
Simply join our mailing list located at the bottom right hand corner of the web store. Please make sure that the email address you have keyed in is a valid one.
What should i do if i need more information regarding a product?
Dacour usually provide as many information as possible. However, if you need a more detailed information, you can drop us an email at [email protected]
I have a question before ordering. What should i do?
You can drop us an email with your question to [email protected] and we will answer your queries within 36 hours. Please take note that we do not entertain orders via email. We would only answer your queries through it.
What are the mode of payments Dacour accepts?
We accept all types of debit and credit cards. PAYPAL is also a preferred payment mode.
How will my items be mailed to me?
We ship all Singapore orders through Singpost.
What should I do if delivery of my parcel is delayed?
Depending on your location, we assign expected delivery date of purchased orders. In rare cases, the delivery date may be delayed for a few days. We regret the inconveniences caused, however, we request you to bear with us and wait up to 3 days from the promised delivery date. If you still don’t receive your package after this, you may write to us mentioning your order number to [email protected]
What should I do if I receive a faulty or an incorrect item?
We never intend such things to happen to any of our customers. However, if such thing does happen, you have our sincere apology. In such a case, we request you to:
i. Return the item in un-used condition if you wish to opt for exchange or refund
ii. Re-pack the item securely in its original package with the product labels and tags intact
iii. Return the item to Dacour @ Raffles Place, 16 Collyer Quay #02-13, Income at Raffles, Singapore 049318
iv. Email us at [email protected] mentioning the product code you ordered and the actual product you received
We will do our best to rectify our inadvertent mistake at the earliest possible time.
Am I allowed to exchange an item?
Except for incorrectly sent or faulty item, we do not entertain exchange of products once sold.
What will happen if the product I’ve already ordered becomes out of stock?
In such a case, we will process full refund of the amount you have paid as soon as possible.
If I opt for refund what will be the mode?
This is applicable for faulty, wrong or out of stock item purchase. The mode of refund will be the same as used by you to pay for your purchase.
